Indian Council for Agricultural Research (ICAR) conducted All India Entrance Examination for Admission (AIEEA-UG) in Bachelor Degree programs and award of National Talent Scholarships (NTS) in Agriculture and Allied Science subjects.

AIEEA UG Degree Programs:

Following are subjects of Bachelor degree programs of four years duration:
(i) Agriculture
(ii) Horticulture
(iii) Fisheries
(iv) Forestry
(v) Home Science
(vi) Sericulture
(vii) Biotechnology
(viii) Agricultural Engineering
(ix) Dairy Technology
(x) Food Science
(xi) Agricultural Marketing & Cooperation


Eligibility Criteria:

i) Age:
Minimum: 17 years
Maximum: 23 years

ii) Nationality:
Indian

ii) Qualifying Examination:
10+2 Senior Secondary Examination of the Central Board of Secondary Education or any reputed board.

Scheme of Examination:
The examination shall be conducted in one of the two following subject:

Stream-A: Physics, Chemistry and Agriculture / Biology

Stream-B: Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics

Last date of receipt of application: 07 February 2014

Last date of receipt of applications (offline/computer generated confirmation copy of online application) from remote areas namely Anadaman & Nicobar Island, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, J&K, Lahaul & Spiti district and Pangi Sub Division of Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh, Lakshadweep, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura: 14 February 2014

Date of Examination Saturday: April 12, 2014

Declaration of Result: After 3rd week of May 2014
