ING International Talent Programme (IITP) is a training program for the master graduate who trained talent in area of bank and financial services. This training program last for 3 years.

Step 1: Evaluation of your curriculum vitae, supporting letter and qualifications
Step 2: Online assessment
Step 3:Interview
Step 4: Assessment
Step 5:Board panel
