IITD Fee Payment

I am the new student in B.Tech in Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and I want to do the payment of fees so can you please tell me the payment process of this Institute?

The Indian Institute of Technology Delhi is a public research university located in Delhi, India. It was established in 1961. It was declared to be Institute of National Importance by Government of India under IIT Act.

Fee Payment process:

Internet Banking :

You may pay the fee online.

Create your login by clicking on “For OLD students (having Roll No.)” and proceed for the payment.

Once login is created, you may use the tab “for Registered Users” to make payments.

Payment through Debit/Credit cards :

You can also make payment through Debit/Credit Cards.

Payment through Demand Draft:

Demand Draft should be in favour of "IIIT DELHI COLLECTIONS"

No cash payment will be accepted.

An additional amount of Rs.500/- will be applicable for payment through non e-mode, as handling charge.

B.Tech Fees-

Campus Maintenance (per year) Rs.15,000/-

Caution Deposit (refundable) Rs. 5000/-
