The Centre for Applied Research in Electronics of Indian Institute of Technology Delhi was established in 1971 to focus on research and training in specialized areas in Electronics.

The Centre has been running a vibrant M.Tech program in Radio Frequency Design and Technology, which takes about 30 students each year including candidates in the sponsored training in the areas of Microwaves / Millimetre Waves and Underwater Electronics / Signal Processing.
Duration: 2 years/ 4 Semester

Eligibility Criteria for Admission
-B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics/Communication/Electrical Engineering or related areas.
-Full time students with valid GATE score in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communication
-Full time students sponsored by outside organizations.
