The IIT Roorkee Institute is offers the eleven undergraduate programmes leading to B. Arch and B.Tech degrees, which are of 5 and 4 years duration, respectively. Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering is an undergraduate Chemical Engineering course. The duration of the course is four years and it combines the study and application of the principles of chemistry and engineering to solve problems involving the production or use of chemicals, thus building a bridge between science and manufacturing.
