IIT Roorkee Alumni Mumbai

Hi I am looking for an early information about the alumni meet of the IIT, Roorkee which was held in the city of Mumbai in the year 2011?

In an exertion, to proceed with the experience and delight of harmony of being Thomsonian, a 'Graduated class Get Together' to esteem a few minutes in the honor of Alma Mater was composed on 26.11.2011(Saturday) at Nirmal Park Railway Officers Club, Byculla.

The occasion was very fruitful. Around 60 graduated class went to alongside their family (100nos) and appreciated the social night took after by supper.

2. The Alumni affiliation congratulated Sri Subodh jain, 1974 bunch graduated class and Sri Mahesh Kumar 1975 group graduated class, on being designated as General chief of Central and Western Railway separately. There was a Presentation and discourse on "Accomplishment through Excellence in Performance" (STEP) by Shri J.S. Gupta, 1979 bunch graduated class.

3. Three graduated class were given the Early feathered creature prizes to arrive first on planned time at the venue. 1979 group packed away the prize of Batch having the greatest participation at the occasion, 10 nos. Western Railway got the prize for association having greatest representation, 9 nos.

4. The meet finished with Election of New Executive council.
