Indian Institute of Technology (IIT R), Roorkee established in 1847, is among the foremost of institutes of national importance in higher technological education and in engineering.

Eligibility
Candidate should have bachelor’s degree in any discipline of Engineering/Technology with first class or its equivalent
Candidates of General/OBC category seeking admission to the PG program must have at least 60% (SC/ST/PD 55%)

Selection Procedure
Candidates are required to appear for the Common Admission Test (CAT) conducted by IIMs

The final merit for making offers of admission to the Program will be on the basis of performance in the Written Test followed by Group Discussion, Interview and their Work Experience as per weightage such as
CAT Score 65%
Group Discussions 10%
Interview 20%
Work Experience 5%
