As you want to get admission in Ph.d in IIT Hyderabad so here I am providing you the information about the admission in Ph.D in IIT Hyderabad IIT Hyderabad admitted the first batch of 111 B.Tech. students, and started functioning on August 20, 2008. Three departments, CSE, EE & ME were initiated. IIT Hyderabad admitted 11 PhD students. Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Hyderabad Admission Courses- M.Tech in Biomedical Engineering Biotechnology Chemical Engineering Civil Engineering Computer Science and Engineering Electrical Engineering Materials Science & Engineering Mechanical Engineering. Eligibility Candidates must have passed BE/BTech/MCA/MSc with an aggegate of 60% and a valid GATE score. Candidates with B.Tech from an IIT with a C.G.P.A. of 8.0 (7.5 for SC/ST) are exempt from GATE qualification.
