The IIT Mumbai is invited candidates for take admission for Part Time Phd. The IIT Mumbai also have information brochure for Part Time Phd.

Students enrolled in the joint IITB PhD program will be based at the Research Academy co-located at IIT Bombay in Mumbai, India.

The PhD program takes an average of 3.5 years of full-time study to complete (or part-time equivalent). Students will spend a minimum of 3 months but normally 612 months of their PhD candidature at Monash University in Australia with their allocated co-supervisor.

Eligibility

Applicants must have first class or 60% marks (55% for SC/ST) in Master's degree in any branch of Engineering with adequate exposure to Industrial Engineering and Operations Research.

M.Sc. in Mathematics, Statistics or Operations Research
Bachelor's degree in any branch of Engineering with an excellent academic record


Application fee:


Women candidates : Rs. 150/-
SC/ST/PwD category candidates : Rs. 150/-
All other candidates : Rs. 300/-

Documents Required on the Day of Test and Interview:

All candidates must bring the following documents:
Curriculum vitae,
Statement of Purpose,
M.Tech./ M.Sc. thesis report (if any),
Published papers (if any), and
all other relevant certificates/ documents.
