As you want I am here giving you process to fill online application form for admission in PHD course at Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras).

Application procedure for PhD at IIT Madras:

First of all Sign-up / Register form research website of IIT Madras.


Ensure that there are no empty spaces in login name.

Upon registering, a mail will be sent to the mail ID which will contain link to activate account.

Then Use "Apply to Department" menu to fill in the application .
( Maximum 3 applications allowed per user).

Ensure that all details are entered before submitting the application.

Upon submission of application you will be directed to payment portal.

Application number is generated after finishing the payment process write down that application number .
A Mail containing application will be sent to mail ID.

Hard copy of the application need not be sent to IIT Madras.
