Tell me about the centres in Lucknow from where I can get the application form for IIT JEE.

The IIT JEE application forms in Lucknow will be available at the State Bank of India branch at Moti Mahal Marg and Ashok Marg.

Application form Fee (including the examination fee):
Rs. 1000/- for GE / OBC candidates
Rs 500/- for Female / SC / ST / PD candidates

The forms should be available from the second week of November, 2012 to third week of December, 2012 till 5.00 P.M.
