Education Qualification for GATE Qualified (M. tech):

Applicants under all categories must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Technology/ Architecture or a Masters degree in Science/Arts or qualifications obtained through examinations conducted by professional societies recognized by UPSC/AICTE, e.g. AMIE.


Education Qualification for GATE Qualified (M. tech ):

Candidate should have:

GE/OBC: Minimum of 60% marks (OR a CGPA of 6.5 on a 10 point scale)
SC/ST/PwD: Minimum of 55% marks (OR a CGPA of 6.0 on a 10 point scale) in qualifying examination.

Selection Procedure for GATE Qualified:

Admission will be based on GATE Score ONLY and for some programmes the admission will be based on both GATE Score and an interview. For these programmes, the weightage shall be 70% and 30%, for GATE score and interview, respectively.
