No, fella IIT JEE Main syllabus does not have portion of General Knowledge in syllabus here I will get the full syllabus so that you can check it.

The JEE Main syllabus shows list of topics and sub-topics that are specifically and solely specified by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) related to Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
