Here I am giving you information about required eligibility for Physically Disabled (PD) candidates for IIT JEE entrance examination . Physically Disabled (PD) candidates have some reservation in IIT JEE. 3% of the candidates in the merit lists of each category will be Physically Disabled (PD) candidates as per rules and regulation of government . The distribution of top candidates in different merit lists that will be allowed to sit for IIT JEE 2014 will be as follows: Top 75,750 (50.5 %) candidates from Common Merit List Top 40,500 (27%) candidates from Other Backward Classes – Non-creamy layer OBC (NCL) merit list Top 22,500 (15 %) candidates from Scheduled Caste (SC) merit list Top 11,250 (7.5 %) candidates from Scheduled Tribe (ST) merit list Eligibility Criteria : You have to passed 12th with PCM from a recognized University Or Equivalent Qualification. The candidate should have a minimum 60% Marks In 12th level. Minimum 60% Marks for General and OBC candidates. Minimum 55% Marks for SC/ST/PD category. The candidate can Attempt JEE Only twice,In Consecutive years. JEE Main Pattern For Paper 1(B.E/B.Tech courses), it is in both off and online modes. For Paper 2(B.Arch/B.Planning),it is in offline mode only. Paper 1 - for B.E/B.TECH courses Duration: 3 hrs Objective type questions from following subject : Physics, Chemistry Mathematics Paper 2 - for B.ARCH/B. PLANNING Mathematics - Part I - objective questions Aptitude Test - Part II - objective questions Drawing Test - Part III - to test drawing aptitude Duration - 3 Hours |
