As you want to know IIT JEE Offline Registration Process so here it is:

Candidate can obtain application form by cash purchase from bank branches. This form should be in form of OMR Sheet. Candidates who comes in General Category and OBC male category need to pay Rs. 1800 for registration form. For SC/ST/PD Category male candidates need to pay Rs. 1000. All female candidates can buy the registration form by paying just Rs. 200.

Start of Online application process: Month End October
Last date of online application process: 2nd Week of December
Start of Offline OMR Application Forms sale at Bank Branch: 2nd Week of November
Last date of Offline OMR Application Forms sale: 1st Week of December.
Last date of receipt completed IIT-JEE Application Form: 3rd Week of December
IIT-JEE 2012 examination day: 2nd Week of April
Declaration of Results: 3rd Week of May
