Indian Institute of Technology Indore, located in Madhya Pradesh, is an institute of national importance established by the Government of India in 2009

Pre-placement offers at IIT Indore usually start from July-August and go on till October-November
The final placement starts from December.
Last year highest domestic offer paid to students of IIT Indore was 28 lakhs per annum
87 students out of 103 participating in the on-campus placement drive had got job offers.
According to placement cell of this institute, 100% placements jobs were offerd to computer science branch while electrical and mechanical engineering branch had registered placements of 77% and 75% respectively.
