IIT Delhi Total Area

Hello sir, here I came to get detail about the total area of IIT Delhi campus in Delhi? If any one has detail about the total campus area of IIT Delhi then please provides me?

IIT Delhi is a one of the institute in India. IIT Delhi is located in Hauz Khas, South Delhi. The campus of 325 acres (132 ha) is surrounded by the beautiful Hauz Khas area and monuments such as the Qutub Minar and Lotus Temple.

The IIT-Delhi campus is divided into four zones:


Student Residential Zone
Faculty and Staff Residential Zone
Student Recreational Area, that includes the Student Activity Center (SAC), football stadium, cricket ground, basketball courts, hockey field, lawn tennis courts and swimming pool
Academic Zone that includes department offices, lecture theatres, libraries and workshops

The main academic building accommodates various teaching and research activities. Though each department is a separate entity with a courtyard around, all the departments constitutes an integrated complex.

Heavy engineering laboratories are placed on the ground floor, light laboratories on the first floor while the tutorial rooms, classrooms and project rooms are located on the second floor.

The Department currently runs three MBA programs:
Two-Year full-time MBA programme
Two-Year Full-Time MBA Programme
Three-year executive MBA programme
