IIT Delhi M.Tech 2015 Important Dates:

Application Start: March 9, 2015 (12 noon)

Last Date for Application: March 30, 2015 (4 pm) extended till April 6, 2015

Interviews/Tests: May 12 to June 9, 2015

IIT Delhi M.Tech Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate should have B.E./B.Tech/ M.Sc or equal with 75% marks or 8.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale

Applicants must have a GATE score > = 300 or qualifying score whichever is higher

For SC/ST/ PH relaxation can be from 60% to 55% (6.75 to 6.25) and GATE score requirement from 300 to 200

Applicants with AMIE or Graduation IETE qualifications may also be considered for the basis of their AMIE/Grad IETE performance. Such contenders must complete 24 valid undergraduate credits prescribed by the concerned DRC/CRC/ PEC and clear the GATE examination before being actually admitted to the M.Tech Programmes
