Sr. Program Director BII was one of the Invitee for one day workshop on Bioinformatics at IIT Delhi. Workshop was mainly on Bioinformatics and its Emerging Industrial Applications on february 28, 2009. BII presented the paper on topic Bioinformatics and Its Emerging Trends. She also describe about special reference of micro-arrays and its application in her paper. Main highlights of her presentation is microarrays, concepts and its application in pharmaceutical, agriculture and medical sciences.
Dr. Sridhar Sivasubbhu from IGIB was guest faculty at BII and had given lecture on “Genome Annotation & Bioinformatics”.
