Re: IIST Vs ISTQB
I find International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) is a good option as it offers software testing qualification certification courses and Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST) is solely dedicated to the study and research of Outer space. ISTQB The International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) is software testing qualification certification organization that operates internationally. Founded in Edinburgh in November 2002, ISTQB is a non-profit association legally registered in Belgium. Certifications Currently ISTQB provides three levels of certification: • ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) • ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level (CTAL) • Test Manager • Test Analyst • Technical Test Analyst • Advanced Level (CTAL) - Full Advanced Level (after passing the above exams of Advanced Level) • Expert Level • Improving the Test Process • Test Management • Test Automation (planned to be deployed in 2015) • Security Testing (planned to be deployed in 2015) IIST The Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST) is a government-aided institute and deemed university for the study and research of space science in Kerala India. It is the first university in Asia to be solely dedicated to the study and research of Outer space. It offers Undergraduate (B. Tech.), Master (M. Tech.) and Ph.D. programs in space science and technology, and also serves as a research centre. Departments Science 1. Department of Mathematics 2. Department of Physics 3.
