IISC Vs IIT Bombay

My brother has passed class 12th with 92% marks in Science Stream. He wants to do B.Tech Degree. He has 2 choices, IISC and IIT Bombay. So will you please suggest me for best College between IISC and IIT Bombay for admission?

The Indian Institute of Science (IISC) was established in 1909 at Bangalore.

It is one of top and well known Engineering Institutions in India.

The IISC does not offer B.Tech Course. It offers Bachelor of Science (B.S) Course.
