As you asking I am telling IISC (Indian Institute of Science) Department of Computer Science and Automation (CSA), has very a good placement record. In 2012 batch around 15-20 students offered more that rupees 15 lakhs per annum CTC (being placed in IBM-IRL, Microsoft, Google and Yahoo).
