Will you please suggest me which colleges should I suggest for M.Tech course among IISc Bangalore and IIT Bombay???

Well both IISc Bangalore and IIT Bombay are among top technical institutes of India but I will suggest you to choose IISC Bangalore for M. tech as IISc has collaborations with foreign universities from you can have access to teachers from foreign countries.
