You have taken a major plan for strengthening the country's intellectual infrastructure for management education and training, through the Faculty Development Programmes (FDP). This institute faculty and staff regularly issue their work in supposed refereed national and international journals. Recently it is the one of the best institute of the India. The All India Council for Technical Education has recognized IIMK as a Quality Improvement Centre in November 2004. IIMK also undertakes consulting projects to help the corporate and non-corporate sectors, public system and government through analytical and problem solving support. You give chance to researchers to discuss their research topics at the conference, share their research conclusion, fine tune their research output with existing literature and ongoing research efforts in the field by others.
