IIM Ranchi RTI

I had given an exam for recruitment for the post of faculty at IIM Ranchi. So I did not select. The IIM Ranchi is not released mark sheet for that exam. so I want to get my mark sheet to check my marks. So I want to get an application form of RTI. Where I will get RTI application from the IIT Ranchi Campus?
