Hello sir I have to take Aptitude Test so tell me How do I prepare for IIM Indore IPM Aptitude Test ??

How to prepare for the Aptitude Test-

The first thing that a you need to do is practice objective type questions. Considering that class 12th students give the test, they might not have done questions of this type before. A good source for this would be:

student can also look at some of the courses which teach for the IPM Aptitude test. It is unlikely that a student would find some great courses for this because it is not a popular exam like AIEEE or IIT-JEE, so they can look at some of the CAT / Management entrance exams

pattern of the test-


It will be a Multiple Choice Objective, Paper & pencil (OMR based) test.
It will have 100 questions in all, with 4 marks awarded for a correct answer and a penalty of 1 mark for a wrong answer.
The duration of the test will be 2 hours.

What is tested in the Aptitude Test-

The syllabus would be of the Secondary/X Std/Equivalent and have the following two sections:

1.Analytical Ability – Algebra, Arithmetic, Data Analysis, Geometry, Logical Reasoning, Modern Mathematics

2.Written and Verbal Ability – Verbal Reasoning, Reading Comprehension, Errors in Usage etc.

What is pattern of the test?

Test Duration: 120 minutes (2 Hrs.)

Test Type:

Multiple Choice Objective, Paper & pencil (OMR Based)
Number of Questions: 100

Test Level: Secondary/X Std./Equivalent

Test Sections: Quantitative Ability and Verbal Ability

Note-:
Calculators, mobile phones and similar gadgets that facilitates in the
examination are not allowed. Candidates short listed for AT are required to
report at the examination venue 30 minutes before the scheduled time of the
test.

Examination schedule will be communicated to the candidates later.

A Brief note about Aptitude Test-


The proposed aptitude test will be based on the topics listed under its
sections but not limited to the following:

Section 1 – Analytical Ability: Algebra, Arithmetic, Data Analysis, Geometry,

Section 2 – Verbal Ability: Verbal Reasoning, Reading Comprehension, Errors
