The Post Graduate Programme in Enterprise Management (PGPEM) of Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) is designed for professionals from across industries who want to continue working even as they upgrade their management knowledge and skills. It is a 22 months weekend residential management programme. It is a master's level diploma granting programme.

Eligibility
Bachelor degree with minimum 50% in any discipline as per the 10+2+3 norms
Minimum 3 years work experience in any industry after the degree

Selection process

CAT/GRE/GMAT for candidates with 3 to 7 years of work experience

Candidates with 7 or more years of experience who may not be in a position to take the above tests may apply with the option of taking the PGPEM Test to be conducted by IIMB.

Short listing for interview based on past academic performance, past work experience, performance in any of the admission tests, and diversity in profile.

Final selection is based on past academic performance, past work experience, diversity in profile and performance in written analytical test and personal interview.

Fee Information

The current fee for the programme is 14, 00,000/-.
The fees are payable in eight equal installments prior to the commencement of classes in each quarter.
