: There are total numbers of 450 seats

M. Tech Admission Minimum Requirements
You have to passed a four-year bachelor's degree in engineering with minimum 60% marks.
You should have First class or equivalent is required in 12th (or equivalent) grade as well.

For admission you have to pass an GATE entrance examination with good score.

Selection and Joining
Notification of selection May 8, 2014
Remittance of balance fee (Term I, hostel, etc.) July 11, 2014

International Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore (IIITB) was established in 1999 and it offers Integrated M.Tech., M.Tech., M.S. (Research) and PhD programs in the field of Information Technology.

IIIT Bangalore M.Tech Admission:

Eligibility
Candidate must have bachelor’s degree in engineering (i.e. B.E., B.Tech., or equivalent).

Selection Procedure:
Admission to the M.Tech program is on the basis of performance in the GATE examination.

GATE scores from the following disciplines will be considered for this purpose.
• CS – Computer Science and IT
• EC – Electronics and Communication Engineering
• EE – Electrical Engineering

FN (Foreign Nationals) and NRIs may apply on basis of GRE and TOEFL scores. Shortlisted FNs and NRIs applicants have to go through an online interview.
