Can you tell me which is better International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad (IIIT Hyderabad) or Delhi College of Engineering (DCE), now Delhi Technological University (DTU)?

I find both International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad (IIIT Hyderabad) and Delhi Technological University (DTU) are good institutes of India.

International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad

The International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad (IIIT Hyderabad) is an Information technology research university. It was the first autonomous private institute of its kind to be established in 1997.

It is one of the top Computer Science institutes of India. It emphasizes research from the undergraduate level. It runs Computer Science courses and research projects and is focused on research. It gives the students interaction with industry, preparation in entrepreneurship and personality development courses.

IIIT Hyderabad has been ranked #3 in the list of top technical schools in India in 2012 and 2013 by Dataquest. It was ranked #20 by the India Today Best Engineering colleges 2012, #14 by Outlook India Top Engineering Colleges of 2012 In rankings limited to private institutes it was ranked second by Mint Top 50 Private Engineering Colleges of 2009.

Delhi Technological University (DTU)

Delhi Technological University (DTU), formerly known as Delhi College of Engineering (DCE), is a premier government university. It is one of the oldest engineering colleges in India and Delhi's first engineering college.

It was established in 1941 as Delhi Polytechnic and was under the control of the Government of India. It offers courses towards Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), Master of Technology (M. Tech), Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) and Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) and contains fourteen academic departments with a strong emphasis on scientific and technological education and research.
