Just Now I read that CUSAT to be made Indian Institutes of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST) this year itself . What's the expectation of Cochin University of Science and Technology getting upgraded into IIEST?

My sister wants to do M.SC Course from Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur (IIEST). She wants to know that the IIEST is affiliated by CUSAT University. So tell me is Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur (IIEST) affiliated to CUSAT or not?

It is formerly Bengal Engineering and Science University.
