Hello ! myself Trilok and I want to know about the eligibility criteria for the exam of Indian Institute of Banking & Finance(IIBF) for my son …..so kindly provide the eligibility details regarding applying for the exam of Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF)….????

As you are looking for eligibility criteria and pattern of JAIIB Exam conducted by Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF), so here are following information:

Eligibility Criteria:
Passed in Class 10th from recognized Board.

Subjects of Examination:
(1) Principles & Practices of Banking
(2) Accounting & Finance for Bankers
(3) Legal & Regulatory Aspects of Banking

Exam Fee:
First Block of 2 attempts Rs.2,697/- *
Second Block of 2 attempts Rs.2,697/- *

Medium of Exam:
English and Hindi

Pattern of Examination:
Questions: 120 (Each Paper)
Question Type: Objective Type Multiple Choice
Total Marks: 100
Negative Marking: No
Questions: (a) Knowledge testing, (b) Conceptual grasp, (c) Analytical / logical exposition, (d) Problem solving, (e) Case analysis
Mode of Exam: Online
Duration: 2 Hours
Periodicity: Twice a year in May / June and November / December on Sundays.
Passing Criteria: Minimum marks for pass in every subject - 50 out of 100 marks

As you want to take part in Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF) entrance exam, so here I am giving below require info :

Eligibility criteria:
Bachelors degree or equivalent in any stream (Arts, Engineering, Science, or Commerce etc) form a college or university recognized by UGC.

Applicants pursuing for final year graduation will be also eligible to apply for the examination. However the Diploma in Banking and Finance Certificate will be offered only on successful completion of the graduation programme and production of Graduation Certificate

Examination Pattern

Every IIBF Question Paper will comprise of about 120 objective types multiple choice questions (MCQs) from the prescribed core subjects, carrying 100 marks with questions based on case study.

In IIBF Exam, questions will be asked from the following subjects

Knowledge Testing
Analytical / Logical Exposition
Conceptual Grasp
Problem Solving
Case Analysis

There will be also negative marking in case of wrong response given by candidate i.e. deduction of half of inverse proportion to the number of options given in the question. For example, 1 mark question with 4 options will have 1/8 as negative mark, if answered incorrectly.

The duration of exam will be 2 hours i.e. 120 minutes

Exam will be organized only in the English language

Fee

For 1st attempt the fee will be Rs.3200

For 2nd attempt the fee will be Rs.800
