I have competed post graduation degree from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) and now I want the migration certificate and the transfer certificate so can you please provide me the application form to apply in the University to get these?

Go to the Official website of Indra Gandhi National Open University



Then click on tab student Support Section Given in right site

Click on Student Zone

Click on Download

Then a new page will open look like image



Click on Credit Transfer Scheme Given in left site

A new screen will open look like image
