IGNOU Phd Mgmt

I have done Post Graduation and now I want to pursue Ph.D. in Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). Would you please tell me is there any Entrance Exam for admission in Ph.D.? If yes, tell me how can I apply for this Test online and what is the Application Fees for it?
