I have completed my BCA and want to join IGNOU for doing MCA want to know about the placements facilities provided to the MCA student at IGNOU. Can you please tell me the placement statistics of this University for MCA? Also tell me the lists of recruiters visited last year for the MCA placement?

The School of Computer and Information Sciences (SOCIS), Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) offers Master of Computer Applications (MCA) program of duration 3 years.

Master of Computer Applications (MCA)

Minimum Duration: 3 Years

Maximum Duration: 6 Years

Eligibility:-

Any Bachelors degree of minimum 3(three) year duration from a recognized University AND Mathematics as one of the subject at 10+2 level or graduation level; else the student is required to pursue and pass the BCS-012 course concurrently with IGNOU MCA.
If you had studied Maths at +2 or graduation level, then you need not register for BCS-012.

Course Fees-

Rs. 9,000 per semester.

For non-maths students, an additional fee of Rs. 1,200 has to be paid for BCS-012 course.
