IGNOU BCA Admission in 2nd Year

Tell me is it possible to take admission in BCA 2nd year from IGNOU, while completing 1st Year from Tilak University???

No its not possible to change from one university to another while pursuing a course.
You cannot seek admission like that as every university have their own regulations.
You can change while you are in the 1st year to another college under the same university.

Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)

Minimum Duration: 3 Years
Maximum Duration: 6 Years
Course Fee: Rs. 30,000

Eligibility:
The applicant t should have pass 10+2 or its equivalent from any recognized School or board.

Course Fee:
Rs. 5,100/- For Ist Semester(Rs. 100 in addition to Rs. 5,000 as Registration charges) and Rs. 5,000/- Per Semester for Second Semester Onwards
