Is IGNOU AICTE approved university for B.Tech?

I want to take admission in B.Tech in IGNOU. Tell me whether it is approved by AICTE or not.

Yes, IGNOU is approved by AICTE. It is also recognised by University Grants Commission(UGC) and Association Of Indian Universities(AIU).
IGNOU- School of Engineering and Technology was established in 1987.
IGNOU doesn’t offer B.Tech but offers following programmes in Engineering:
