Is IGNOU AICTE Approved

I have passed 10+2 with Science stream. Now I want to do B.Tech Degree from IGNOU. I want to do B.Tech from which College that is approved by AICTE. So I want to know about the approval from AICTE of IGNOU. Provide evidence which proves IGNOU has approved by AICTE and UGC.
