The IDBI bank offers home loan facility. As you want to check the EMI amount of the home loan so follow the steps and get the EMI calculator:

First of all go to its official website, click on home loan option under the Calculator option. When you click the option a page will display where you will have to enter following information:

Cost of property
Loan Required (2 Lacs - 100 Crs)
Repayment Period (Min 2 Yr. & Max 25 Yr.)
Interest Rates
Net Take Home Salary (Min. 10 Thousand)
Eligible Loan Amount
EMI (Floating)

At last click on submit option.

IDBI Home Loans have maximum repayment tenure of up to 25 years. Actual tenure of loan is subjected to bank’s discretion.

Eligibility Based on your Age, Qualification, Income, Number of Dependents, Spouse income, stability and continuity of your occupation, assets, liability base and your savings history and based on the value of the property proposed to be purchased.


Maximum Loan Tenure:
30 Years for Salaried
20 years for Professional Self Employed
20 Years for Self Employed Non-Professional

Maximum Loan Amount any one Can Get from IDBI Bank:
Upto 90% of Market value upto 20 Lac home loan
Upto 80% - Loan amount 20 lac to 75 Lakh
Upto 70% - Loan amount Above 75 Lakh

Documentation Needed to Apply :

Signed application form with photograph
Processing fee Cheque
ID and residence proof
Latest bank statements

Documentation for salaried applicants:
Last 3 years Income Tax Returns with computation of Income
Last 3 years CA Certified / Audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account

Documentation for self-employed applicants:
Latest income tax returns
Latest comupation of income
