IDBI Bank Phone Banking Pune
I am resident of Maharastra and have an account in IDBI bank. I want to take services offered by the bank especially phone banking. What is the procedure to subscribe this service? How much time will it take to start? Also tell me about its changes.

IDBI bank provides you a 4- digits TIN number. So you just need a phone and the 4-digits TIN number to use this service. To get started dial the local Phone Banking telephone number of IDBI bank. When you call that number a recorded welcome message will start, then press the relevant number to select the option of your choice. Enter your Customer ID and TIN if you want to access your account for the services of your choice dial the number and to talk with the phone banking officer dial 9.
