Yes, of course you are eligible to apply for ICWA course after completing BBA course, here are details:

ICWAI course is conducted in three stages:
Foundation
Intermediate
Final

Graduates are given exemption from studying the Foundation stage of this course.

So you will be able to get admission in the Intermediate stage of the ICWAI course

Intermediate Course:

Eligibility for Admission:
The applicant Should have passed Senior Secondary School examination (10+2) and Foundation Course of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India

OR

The applicant should have Graduation in any discipline other than Fine arts/

OR

Foundation (Entry Level) Part I Examination of CAT of the Institute/ Foundation (Entry Level) Part I Examination and Competency Level

Part II Examination of CAT of the Institute

The applicant Should have passed Foundation of ICSI/Intermediate of ICAI by whatever name called along with class 10+2

Syllabus:
Paper 1 - Fundamentals of Economics and management
Paper 2 - Fundamentals of Accounting
Paper 3 - Fundamentals of Laws & Ethics
Paper 4 - Fundamentals of Business Mathematics and Statistics
