ICMR JRF Eligibility

I have done M.Sc. Course and now want to apply for JRF (Junior Research Fellowships) Post at ICMR (Indian Council of Medical Research) so please give me details to apply including required eligibility criteria? What is the last date to apply for JRF in ICMR?
