ICICI Bank was founded in 1994 by ICICI Limited, an Indian financial institution. It is India's biggest private sector bank having total assets of Rs. 5,946 billion as on March 31, 2014 and the profit after tax Rs. 98 billion for the financial year ended on March 31, 2014. Applicants selected through a rigorous process are given training in banking secotr and awarded a degree by Manipal university & then absorbed as employees of ICICI bank at position of PO. There is no negative marking in its PO exam. Eligibility: Age Bar: 25 years Eligibility: Candidate should have passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university PO Training & MBA Programme: Phase I – The 12 month Training provides knowledge and skills in core banking with an opportunity to specialize in one of the following areas in banking: i) Trade Finance ii) Privilege Banking iii) Rural Inclusive Banking iv) Retail Banking Phase II – The participants also have an option for 18 months online training to gain managerial skills required for banking job. Students have the option of completing Phase II in 30 months, post which an MBA degree will be conferred only on the successful completion of both Phase I and Phase II.
