APICET (Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test) is monitored and administered by the Andhra University, Visakhapatnam on behalf of APSCHE (Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education). Candidates looking for admission in MBA or MCA regular courses in the universities and institutions situated in Andhra Pradesh have to appear and clear this test. This is a state level entrance examination for candidates belonging to AP state. APICET Eligibility Criteria Nationality: • One must be an Indian National and must satisfy the local/non-local status laid down in the Andhra Pradesh State Educational Institutions. • One other than Indian Nationals has to satisfy all the requirements set by the concerned University. Qualification Criteria: • For MBA Course: One seeking admission in this course must have passed the 3-year bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognized institution (Math studied at 10 standards). • For MCA Course: One who wants to apply for this course must have completed bachelor degree with Mathematics or any other subject (Math studied at 10+2). • It is mandatory for all to score minimum 50% marks in the qualifying exam (45% in case of SC/ST). • Bachelor degree collected through distance mode must have recognition from joint committee of UGC, AICTE and DEC. • Candidates who are appearing their final year exams are also eligible to apply for AP ICET 2017. • To qualify AP ICET 2017, minimum 25% qualifying marks are required. No minimum qualifying marks are there for SC/ST candidates.
