IBPS OBC Format

Could you please give here application form for getting OBC certificate for IBPS examination ?

Any candidate who come in OBC category and want to attach OBC certificate with application form for IBPS common written examination can get this certificate from District Magistrate / Collector.

OBC Certificate Proforma/ Format:



Candidates required to carry following documents at the time of interview:

Candidate must take out a print of the valid interview call letter

The candidates must carry the online application form registered for IBPS CWE .

Proof of date of birth and identify proof

Marksheets and certificates of educational qualification or equivalent.
(riginal documents to be produced )

Caste certificate

Disability certificate in the prescribed format issued by the District Medical Board in case of Persons with disability category.

Ex-serviceman candidate has to produce a copy of the service or discharge book.

Candidates serving in government/quasi government offices/public sector undertakings (including Nationalised Banks and Financial Institutions) are required to produce a "No Objection Certificate"

Persons eligible for age relaxation must produce the domicile certificate at the time of interview

Experience certificate (if any)
