IAS exam Date and Process to Apply

Please tell me what the date for the IAS exam and also tell me what the process for apply for the exam ?

Civil Services (Preliminary) Exam, 2014
Date Of Commencement Of Exam:- 24.08.2014 (SUNDAY)

Closing Date:- 30-06-2014

Civil Services (Main) Exam., 2014
Date Of Commencement Of Exam:- 14.12.2014 (SUNDAY)

Process for apply :
Candidate can apply either online mode or offline mode.

Offline Mode:
If candidate choose offline mode he/she has download the application form from the official website.
Or can get the application form from any of the specified post offices

Candidate have to fill the form, complete and send it to the mentioned address before the last date.

Online mode:
a) registration 1
b) registration 2.

Post submission of personal details,
Print the bank challan on A4 size paper.
Printed pay slip needs to be used for payment of application fee.
