I was appeared in the written examination conducted by Central Airmen Selection Board (CASB) of IAF. Now I am waiting for the result. What is the procedure for physical test after declaring result of written test? Provide details of minimum required physical standard to clear the physical test of Central Airmen Selection Board (CASB) of IAF?

The Central Airmen Selection Board is provides government approved policies for IAF. The Central Airmen Selection Board was formed at Air Force Station New Delhi (AFND) in May 1980 under the direct control of Air HQs.

Central Airmen Selection Board is commanded by an Air Commodore who is designated as President CASB.

Central Airmen Selection Board is to test and enrol Airmen and NCs(E) for the IAF. Its primary tasks are as follows:

Prepare and standardise selection procedures
Organise publicity drives
Prepare question papers
Conduct Scheduled Test (ST)
