Re: I Want To Start A Restaurant

Hwy buddy opening a new restaurant can be a risky business, but with the right planning, financing and plenty of hard work it's definitely possible

One of the best ways to reduce the risk of owning a failed restaurant is to have some restaurant experience before you start.

Many successful restaurateurs have said that the best way to prepare for owning a restaurant is by working in one, hopefully in an eatery similar to one you'd like to open.

After that follow these steps

Know Your Target Market

Select the food you want in the restaurant

Some potential food concepts include: seafood, steakhouse, family-style restaurant, casual-dining restaurant, ethnic restaurant, pizzeria, sandwich shop, coffeehouse, bakery.

No restaurant succeeds without a great chef, a great location, and a great concept. They all work together.

Your location should fit your concept. Your chef, or “talent,” must fit your concept

Plan on having six to nine months of working capital from the start.

Select a Service Style and Food Concept

Make sure your employment ads specifically state what you are looking for in an employee, and clearly outline the job's duties and responsibilities.

So best of luck for your business and if you want more info feel free to contact again
