The Application Forms can be obtained by cash @ Rs.100/- on the counter from the In-charge, Enquiry, H.P. University, Shimla-5 The application form must be accompanied with Entrance Test Fee as per details / instructions given in the Application Form. It should be submitted to the Chairpersons/ Directors of the Teaching Departments / Institutes concerned.

Is there any procedure to apply for the phd programme in english?and is there any procedure to apply online?what is the last date to apply for this programme and reply regarding application form to apply for entrance exam?
