I need Himachal Pradesh University Reappear examination application Form for B.Pharmacy, how can I get & tell me from where I can get that, will you please provide here procedure to get that application form???

Himachal Pradesh University B.Pharmacy II/IV/VI/VIII semesters re-appear examination will be held on 15.6.2015 (15th June, 2015).

The examination admission forms and fee for the above examinations must reach the University office of the Deputy/Assistant Registrar Examination-III (Medical Sciences) upto 28.05.2015 (28th May, 2015) without late fee and thereafter late fee will be charged as per University Rules.
