National institute of Technology Warangal Entrance Test conducted by NIT Warangal for admission to the Master of Science (M.Sc) programs given below:

Mathematics and Scientific Computing

Exam Pattern

NITWET will consist of 80 objective questions in and the duration of the examination will be s 2 hours.

-1 mark will be awarded for the wrongly answered question.

4 marks will be awarded for the correctly answered question .

Exam consists of question from the relevant subjects of the level of Graduation.

Eligibility

For Dept of Mathematics:
M.Sc (Applied Mathematics, Mathematics and Scientific Computing)

Applicants must hold B.Sc/ B.A. degree with 60% marks in all the optional subjects put together or; an equivalent C.G.P.A. 6.5 on a 10 scale

For Dept of Chemistry:

M.Sc Chemistry Industrial with specialization in Dyes, Drugs, Pharmaceuticals and Pesticides

M.Sc Chemistry with specialization in Modern Methods of Chemical Analysis 2 years 4 semesters

Applicants must hold B.Sc degree with 1st Class with Chemistry

SC/ST and PC candidates with 55% marks .

MBA Admission Methodology:
1. Admissions are made on all India bases
2. Selection will be based on valid CAT/MAT score followed by group discussion and personal interview.


MBA Eligibility:
First class Bachelor’s Degree in any branch of Engineering/Technology from a recognized
University/Institute with
1) At least 60% marks in aggregate (I to IV Year) or 6.5 CGPA on 10 point scale and
2) A valid CAT /MAT score.

MBA Application Fee:
1. Application fee is Rs. 1600/- for OPEN/OBC/EWS candidates (Rs. 800/- for SC/ST/PwD candidates)
2. Applications are to be submitted along with photocopies of necessary certificates and payment receipt of Rs. 1600/- (Rs. 800/- for SC/ST/PwD candidates).
